Administration Officer - Community Development
We are looking for a superstar keen to secure a role with a direct impact on our community!
In this varied role, the successful candidate will provide superior support to the Community Development Department. Key responsibilities will include management and meeting support, dealing with customer service requests, administering the community award scheme and multiple grants schemes, and associated administrative functions.
Another strong focus of the role is to assist with administration of events on Council owned land, ensuring documentation is in accordance with Council's obligations so that our events are delivered successfully and safely.
Our ideal candidate will have proven administration experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to multitask and take initiative, along with excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office suite). If you have proven experience in preparing agendas and taking formal minutes that will be a real advantage.
