IS Service Desk Support Officer (12 month, fixed term)
Do you have a passion for IT and customer service?
This role is the first point of contact for all our internal IT queries so you will need to live and breathe technology, and show a genuine enjoyment in helping people.
Based in Richmond, you will be responsible for routine computer hardware and software administration tasks and providing an excellent service desk service to minimise downtime and maximise staff productivity in their use of Council information systems.
In this role, you'll get to work with all areas of the organisation, so a friendly and positive attitude to help build and maintain great working relationships will be a must. You will also have prior customer service or retail experience, and good basic skills in Microsoft Office and navigating your way around a computer.
